In Ostuni, Puglia's white city, Valentina and Paul married at Masseria Le Carrube, a stone masseria set among olive and carob trees. The ceremony took place at the Chiesa di San Francesco d'Assisi in the old town, with the celebration back at the masseria. Both got ready under the same roof, in separate areas to keep the surprise of the first look. The night before, the welcome dinner was held at Borgo Antico Bistrot, on the white stone steps of the historic centre.
Valentina wore Eva Lendel, flowers were by La Mia Fioraia, makeup by Elio Vittore and music by Dramamix. They asked for a classic, chronological film with voice-over, an Italian touch in the music and no optical effects; their reference was one of our weddings in Greece.
