BEFORE THE WEDDING
Who is behind Emotion & Motion?
We’re Marienna and Daniel—the ones who started all this. Or maybe not. At this point, everyone’s in charge. We lead a team spread across Miami, Caracas, and Madrid.
Do we meet with clients before the wedding?
100% yes, of course. A month before the wedding we send you a detailed form with key questions: what you love about our work, what made you choose us, what you expect. That helps us understand your vision and where to point creatively.
The same form also covers the technical side: schedules, locations, logistics. If you’d rather talk it through, we can absolutely arrange a call.
Do you need to book both photo and video?
Not at all. You can book only photography, only video—or both, and be twice as happy.
Do we travel outside Madrid
We are located in Madrid but we frequently travel for destination weddings in Italy, Greece, Portugal, Mexico, and Miami. Our workflow is designed to make international weddings seamless and stress-free.
What is your photography and videography style?
Our style is editorial, emotional, and cinematic. We focus on timeless elegance, natural light, and storytelling rhythm—the same vision that has been featured in Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.
How do you cover a wedding day?
We document the entire day: getting ready, ceremony, portraits, cocktail, dinner, and party. Working as a photo + video team allows us to capture simultaneous moments without being intrusive.
How do booking and contracts work?
We secure the date with a contract and a booking fee. The balance is split into clear milestones. Everything is transparent
Do you photograph and film destination weddings in Italy and Spain (Venice, Lake Como, Madrid, Mallorca)?
Yes, of course. Emotion & Motion regularly captures destination weddings across Europe, especially in Italy (Venice, Lake Como) and Spain (Madrid, Mallorca). We also travel worldwide.
How do we secure our wedding date?
With a signed contract and booking fee. Dates in high season are confirmed on a first-come basis.
What factors affect pricing?
Destination, coverage hours, team size, and extras such as drone, extra days, or fine-art albums. We always send a clear proposal.
Do you travel with your own gear? Are travel expenses included?
Yes. We bring professional equipment with backups. Travel and accommodation are added based on location and specified in your proposal.
Do you work with wedding planners and other vendors?
Yes. We collaborate with planners, musicians, florists, and venues to ensure smooth logistics and great sound.
Do you record vows and speeches?
Yes. We use professional microphones and backup recorders for ceremonies and speeches.

Yes. A short teaser or preview is usually delivered within 48–72 hours so you can relive and share your wedding highlights right away.
Do you use drones?
Yes, whenever the location, weather, and regulations allow. We also handle permits if needed.

Are Marienna and Daniel always there?
Not always. We’re part of a professional team at Emotion & Motion. Everyone we work with knows our style and shares our passion. Who joins depends on where your wedding is.
Can we book extras like pre-wedding coverage?
Yes. From cocktail gatherings the day before to beach parties and photoshoots—we’ve got you covered.
Do we pose you a lot, or let things flow?
Both. A photoshoot isn’t a one-way street—we won’t control every movement, but we won’t leave you lost either. It’s a balance: organic, natural, and true to each couple’s world.

What’s a post-wedding session?
A photoshoot with the couple after the wedding, in a location you choose—or one we suggest.

How many people from your team will be there?
From 1 photographer + 1 videographer up to larger teams for multi-day events or big weddings.
How do you handle low light or indoor spaces?
With fast lenses, controlled lighting, and consistent editorial color profiles.
What if it rains or the timeline changes?
We adapt with backup locations, covered gear, and re-coordination with your planner. But please: no worries. Trust us.
Do you allow guests to take photos and videos?
Yes, as long as they don’t block key moments. We coordinate with the planner to avoid conflicts.
Can you create same-day reels for social media?
Yes, we can do same day edit of a reel 48 hours after the wedding.
Do you use POV glasses or guest co-creation?
Yes. We can integrate Ray-Ban Meta glasses or dedicated phones so guests capture POV footage, later curated by us.
How do you plan portraits without delaying the reception?
We suggest 20–30 minutes at golden hour. Coordinated with the planner to fit smoothly into the schedule.
AFTER THE WEDDING
When will we receive the full gallery and films?
The full photo gallery is delivered within 6–10 weeks, and the final films within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and editing complexity.
How many photos do you deliver?
Between 600 and 1,200 fully edited high-resolution photos, ready to print and shared via a private online gallery.
What films are included?
We typically deliver a teaser, a highlight film, and a longer film with the full story. Durations can be tailored to your preferences.
