OUR WORK IN THE BALEARICS
May 2026. A three-day wedding in Ciutadella (Menorca): a Friday cocktail, a cathedral ceremony and a reception at Son Sarparets on Saturday, with drone, and a brunch on Sunday.
September 2025. A wedding at a finca in Menorca.
June 2024. A two-day wedding in Ibiza, with the celebration at Aguamadera, in Santa Eulària des Riu.
HOW WE WORK ON THE ISLANDS
We fly from Madrid and arrive with time to see the venue before the wedding. We work in Spanish and English. For a destination wedding we usually bring 2 photographers and 2 videographers, and we also cover the welcome dinner or the next-day brunch.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How far in advance should we book photo and video for a Balearic wedding?
We recommend booking 9 to 12 months ahead for weddings from May to October. We give each date to one couple only and it is held once the contract is signed.
What are the best months for light in the Balearics?
May, June, September and early October. In late June the sun sets around 21:20 and in mid-September around 20:00. We suggest a ceremony about 2 hours before sunset.
How does travel to the Balearics work?
We fly from Madrid and arrive at least one day early if there is a welcome event. Team flights, accommodation, car hire and transfers are quoted separately and itemised in the proposal.
Which languages do you work in?
Spanish and English: meetings, contract, coordination with your planner and the wedding day itself. Our May 2026 wedding in Menorca was booked and coordinated in English.
Can you fly a drone at a Balearic wedding?
It depends on the exact spot. Our process: 1) once we have the finca's address, we check it on the official ENAIRE Drones map; 2) The controlled airspace around the island airports requires prior authorisation if the venue falls inside it; 3) natural parks and bird protection areas need permission from their managing authority; 4) flying over guests or in urban areas must be notified to Spain's Ministry of the Interior at least 5 working days ahead (Royal Decree 517/2024). If it is not legal to fly there, we don't fly: our contracts say so.
What happens if it rains?
Our process: 1) about 2 weeks before, with our 15-day questionnaire, we go through the covered plan B for every moment with your planner; 2) the day before we check the AEMET forecast and adjust the portrait time; 3) if it rains at portrait time, we move it to the first break in the weather or to a post-wedding session.
How much does wedding photo and video in the Balearics cost?
Photo and film from €8,000. Team travel and accommodation are quoted separately, depending on the number of days and people.
